Wild Soul Movement is a sensual practice in self-discovery, self-love, self-trust, and self-acceptance that’s designed to melt away everything that’s ever made you feel wrong, ashamed, less than, or unsafe in your sacred body. It’s not about working out, it’s about working in.
Together we will redefine the rules, expectations, culture, and conditioning that have separated you from your body. This is a path to power, trust and freedom within. It’s the permission and stability you’ve been craving but unsure of how to achieve.
Wild Soul Movement helps you set boundaries, release past experiences, and opens you up for more pleasure, joy, and ease in your life. It has a very specific framework designed to meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be.
During the sessions, we use sensual movement to connect with and listen to the body. We use mantras to reprogram and empower the mind. And we use meditation to nourish the soul and cultivate inner peace. During our opening and closing circles, we use our voices to connect as womxn and develop appreciation of trust and truth.
Come cozy, in soft clothes for movement, with a journal and pen for reflection and discovery exercises. Depending on the location, I will let you know via email if you’ll need to bring a yoga mat, and any pillows or blankets for additional comfort.
Live Wild Soul Movement group classes are held in Chicago, IL. I also offer private one-on-one sessions both virtually and in person, where we can dive deeper into your own personal healing and embodiment journey.
